About HC3
InterVarsity’s HMong Christian Collegiate Conference (HC3) has served students across the Upper Midwest for over 15 years. Our purpose is to impact universities, churches, and communities by equipping Hmong American students to lead and grow as faithful followers of Jesus. HC3 empowers students to creatively live out a dynamic and growing faith in Jesus by exploring together the intersection of ethnic identity, stories, and spirituality.
HC3 2026: Salt & Light
March 6–8, 2026
Cost: $175 (price increase to $200 after 2/27)

In Matthew 5:13-16, Jesus calls us to be "salt and light" in the world—a new identity that transforms how we see ourselves and our purpose. As Hmong Americans, we carry a distinct heritage of resilience, community, and cultural richness. But in Christ, God invites us into something even deeper: an identity rooted in his love.
This isn't about abandoning our Hmong American identity. It's about letting God use it and make it even more meaningful through what he's doing in our lives. How does our experience as Hmong Americans uniquely position us to be salt and light? How can our values and stories become ways God shows his grace?
At HC3, we’ll explore how our ethnic identity and our life in Christ come together to create something truly special that serves both our community and God's greater plan.
Join us as we discover what it means to embrace this new identity and shine brightly in a world that desperately needs both salt and light.
